Yoga

in a mindful embodied way

Yoga to change body & mind

warrior

Hello, I'm Ady Griffiths,
but many people know me by my Buddhist name - Vidyadasa.

I teach Yoga and mindfulness-based practices to create a deeper sense of body and mind, to bring awareness, focus and inspiration into your life.

The practice we do on our yoga mats can significantly affect the rest of our lives.

I have taught regular yoga classes, workshops and retreats in the UK and internationally since 2006. I began practising as a teenager while stressed out with exams and needed to find some peace... thankfully I found yoga and meditation practices, come and see what it can do for you and your life.

I trained as an Embodied Yoga Principles (now known as Embodied Toolkit) teacher with Mark Walsh, as he developed the system into the incredible system it is today used internationally by yoga teachers, coaches and embodiment practitioners. I teach on Teacher Trainings, in person, and helped develop the online teacher training

I work with groups and individuals to help embody new ways of being. I provide transformative life coaching, see my coaching website.

Embodiment, yoga & meditation

Movement, mindfulness and coaching through yoga

Explore how yoga postures, movement, meditation and insightful inquiries can create powerful qualities to transform your life

Embodied Yoga Principles (AKA Embodied Toolkit) sessions are social and connecting and psychologically deep, it’s yoga for all of your life.
They emphasise psychological self-awareness and transfer of skills to daily-life. It is mindfulness-based and emphasises discovering more about ourselves and improving our lives– rather than athleticism – and incorporates elements of life coaching, body therapy, meditation, dance and martial arts. Postures, group exercises and communication are used to explore and develop the body as a way of being, integral to how we live. These sessions are also deeply influenced by Vidyadasa’s Buddhist and Yoga practice of 30 years.
This session will include a couple of short meditations.
Vidyadasa is an embodiment and transformation life coach, yoga and meditation teacher and ordained Buddhist.
